Do I need a membership to use Reliable Home?

No, although like they say 'membership has it's privileges' we treat every customer interaction with the same level of customer service. The benefit to the membership is priority scheduling and consistency in the approach to caring for your property.

Is there a long term contract with the membership?

No, we believe in earning your renewal every month, and were happy to say most of our members have been with us for over 10 years!

Do you do 'one-off' maintenance consultations?

Yes, with our years of preventative maintenance expertise, we can come to your home and set you up for success with a custom tailored plan to keep your home running efficiently. We'll also provide an objective set of eyes to help identify issues you may not even be aware exist.

What is a 'Powered by Reliable Home'?

We work with contractors to help them develop a systematic approach to providing the same great service in their local communities. The Powered by Reliable Home badge is a symbol of a great human you can trust to provide the same level of consistent maintenance service as we do! We will only licence the Powered By Reliable Home system to exceptional contractors with aligned values and a customer first attitude.
